Oliovivo

Our extra virgin olive oil is cold-pressed by mechanical processes to preserve flavors and aromas. The result is an authentic product with sincere and unadulterated organoleptic qualities thanks to the company's decision not to filter the oil. The olives, hand selected, are processed within 24 hours of harvesting and come exclusively from the Sambucese hills. The oil we obtain is medium fruity and comes from a natural blend of the native cultivars “Nocellara del Belice” and “Biancolilla.” The distinctive elements of our oil are the quality of its aromas, its fruity flavor of fresh grass and its low acidity.
